Back in 1988 a new star on the sneaker heaven was born – the Nike Air Jordan III. Michael Jordan’s third signature show, where he worked together with Nike mastermind Tinker Hatfield for the first time. Thanks to Tinker and his design, Michael stayed at Nike as he was considering leaving the brand from Beaverton back in 1987 – hardly conceivable if you look back.
